By using the Services or making any purchase, the user or purchaser expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted or are not understandable, the Services should not be used, and purchases should not be made, making it important to leave the Website immediately or, conversely, if the use of the service continues or a purchase is made, it implies an express declaration of being over 18 years of age, expressing your consent and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Who can use the service?

The services offered may only be used by adults with legal capacity to contract; or, in the case of minors, the purchase of the product and/or service must be made through their guardian or legal custodian.

Consumers may register their information and create a special user account to activate specific functions related to the services and/or products offered, such as: registering for gifts, activating or learning about temporary promotions, publishing product reviews, among others.

Comments, complaints, and/or suggestions received through the designated means may be used by the service provider for any purpose, including making improvements to the products and/or services offered, but at all times subject to the terms of the privacy notice.

6. Product Purchase

The products and/or services offered by Strahyd can be purchased by the consumer by accessing our online store on the Website www.strahyd.com. Published prices, products, and their specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

By formalizing the purchase, the consumer authorizes Strahyd and/or the payment processor to charge the amount indicated in the final transaction, including the price of the product and/or service and any additional charges that may arise and will be detailed in the total account prior to payment. In certain cases, the consumer may be asked to provide additional relevant information for the transaction such as credit card number, expiration date, email and postal addresses, domicile, among others; this for billing and notification purposes. The consumer declares to have the right to use any of the payment methods presented in said payment information, as long as they are accepted by STRAHYD.

By making any transaction at the request of the consumer, the consumer authorizes STRAHYD to provide their payment information to third parties, in order to be able to complete the transaction.

To purchase products, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card number. By placing an order, you commit that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are of legal age, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card with which the order is placed, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order and, where applicable, shipping costs and auxiliary services. To do this, the website will provide a breakdown of the order, the data provided, and the itemized cost prior to payment, which can be corrected before proceeding with payment.

Strahyd, either directly or through the payment processor, may request additional information to verify the buyer's identity before completing the transaction.

Product prices may be displayed in Mexican pesos or US dollars, depending on your location. Prices shown in Mexican pesos include Value Added Tax; however, those shown in US dollars are subject to the application of the corresponding tax (TAX or VAT), but at all times, before making the payment, you will be able to see the breakdown of the final amount.

The products purchased through the Website will be shipped to the address designated by the buyer as the shipping address during the purchase process. Shipping restrictions may apply. If applicable shipping fees apply, they will be displayed during the checkout process and prior to its formalization.

Products purchased through the website may be returned by the consumer, as long as they comply with Strahyd's return policy.

Products are covered by a limited warranty, as described in the Warranty Terms section.

7. Shipping

Standard national shipments within the Mexican Republic will be free of charge. However, the user may choose an express shipping option, the cost of which will then be borne by them.

Shipping options vary depending on the delivery address, time of purchase, and item availability. When processing the purchase, available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates for each order will be displayed.

Orders will be shipped from Strahyd's warehouses within one business day. Once the order leaves the warehouse, the delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method. If the free standard shipping option is chosen, the order will arrive approximately within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen delivery location.

All orders are shipped on business days, so weekends or holidays are not counted, even if the order was placed on those dates.

At the time of purchase, Strahyd will inform the designated email address of the dates on which the order was received, when it left the warehouse, and the status of each order, for tracking purposes.

Any delay in the delivery of orders will not imply an obligation for Strahyd to compensate the consumer, nor for the payment of damages and/or losses.

8. Exchanges and Returns

The buyer has 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the order to return any Strahyd brand product.

The return will be accepted as long as the product shows no signs of use, scratches, dents, damage caused by third parties, and that the products are in the original conditions in which they were received, with their original packaging, labels, and undamaged.

The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. Similarly, in the refund made, the shipping costs of the purchase will be deducted; therefore, only the cost of the returned item will be reimbursed, deducting shipping costs.

For returns, the buyer must send an email to hola@strahyd.com. The email must specify the order number, a photograph of the product, and the reason for the return.

In the event that the buyer decides to exchange a product, they must adhere to the product return terms and make a new purchase.

Since purchase orders are processed immediately, it is not possible to change the product, cancel the purchase, or change the delivery address.

9. Discount Codes, Brand Ambassadors (Influencers)

Occasionally and without prior notice, Strahyd may offer discount codes or offers that can be redeemed on product purchases on the website, always subject to an expiration date, product exclusions, and any other restrictions that Strahyd may determine. Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be used on sites or with products that are not of the brand and that are offered on our website, cannot be transmitted or negotiated with third parties, do not generate additional points, cannot be used outside the validity period, and their replacement cannot be requested.

On certain occasions, Strahyd may involve spokespersons, brand ambassadors, influencers, or others who have been compensated or incentivized to speak on behalf of our brand as a measure to promote its products and/or services. In these cases, the consumer may receive, through these individuals, who may have been compensated by Strahyd, a discount code, which can be redeemed under the corresponding terms, conditions, and validity, according to this notice.

10. Content Ownership, Responsibility, Deletion

Content, for the purposes of this notice, is defined as: texts, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are published, generated, provided, or made available through Strahyd's service provision platform and website.

User Content means: any content that website visitors provide to be made available through STRAHYD's service platform, including product reviews and opinions. It also includes content that refers to Strahyd, its products or services that are submitted or made available through third-party websites or platforms.

The fact that the user and/or consumer inserts any comment or content through any of the channels provided by Strahyd for this purpose does not entail an obligation for Strahyd to insert or keep it on its website.

Users and/or consumers may not claim any property rights over any User Content provided to Strahyd by any of the means provided for this purpose, since publishing or providing it implies the transfer of its authorship by the consumer or user, for the benefit of Strahyd.

Strahyd and its licensors are the exclusive owners of all rights, titles, and interests in the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. Therefore, the user and/or consumer reserves no rights over them, under the understanding that the transaction entered into between Strahyd and the consumer, such as the sale of a product or service, does not entail the transfer of any intellectual property right; for example, it does not imply the transfer of any trademark rights or their exploitation, nor of utility models, nor of commercial notices, among others.

The user acknowledges that the Services, Products, and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The user agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, commercial notices, utility model, commercial notices, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or offered products, being obliged not to alter their content for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

Any user content communicated or entered through the platforms provided for this purpose by Strahyd implies the express grant to Strahyd of a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, and royalty-free license, with the right to use, copy, modify, and create derivative works based on, publicly distribute, display, and publicly perform your user content in connection with the operation and provision of the Services and Content to you and other visitors to the Website. Similarly, the user or consumer will be subject to the policies set forth in this paragraph when the communication of user content is carried out through Strahyd's social networks.

The user is solely responsible for the User Content they enter on Strahyd's platforms, including social networks. The user declares and guarantees that they own all the necessary intellectual property rights to grant Strahyd the license rights to their user content. 11. General Prohibitions and Enforcement Rights in favor of Strahyd

Posting, uploading, sending, or transmitting any User Content that: infringes, violates copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, publicity or privacy rights; violates or encourages any conduct that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that may generate civil liability; or that is fraudulent, false, or misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive; promotes discrimination, intolerance, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group, whether or not considered vulnerable; threatening or promoting violence or actions that threaten any person or entity; promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances, as well as animal abuse, hatred based on sexual preference, gender, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, marital status, among others.

The use, display, publication, or association of the Strahyd brand with that of any third party is prohibited, as it is a registered trademark, along with its design or logo, without the express written consent of Strahyd. Likewise, the use of the information contained in Strahyd's platforms and website by third parties is prohibited without the owner's authorization.

The user agrees to refrain from jeopardizing the security of the website and the information collected by Strahyd, through the use or introduction of malware or technological or computer systems created for that purpose, or that as any of their functions could compromise the security of the website and/or the information stored therein. As a result, the user is prohibited from accessing or altering computer systems, testing the vulnerability of Strahyd's computer systems, violating security or authentication measures, attempting to access or download services through data mining tools, software, or any other means that could compromise the website's information and/or its performance.
