What are the shipping methods and costs?
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, time of purchase, and item availability.
When processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and the probable delivery dates for your order.
We offer free standard shipping, but if you need your order urgently, you can consider selecting the express shipping option. Please note that the cost would be at your expense.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within one business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. If you choose our free standard shipping option, the order will arrive approximately within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped on business days, so if you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Additionally, when you place your order, we will inform you via email when your order has been received, when your order has left our warehouse, and you will be able to track the status of your order.
What if I'm not convinced about my purchase?
We are sure you will love your Strahyd, but for us, your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase are paramount. That's why you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return of any STRAHYD brand product.
This return will be accepted as long as the product shows no signs of use, scratches, dents, damage caused by third parties, and the products are in their original received condition, with their original undamaged packaging, labels, and wrapping.
Please note that the cost of the return will be at your expense, and we do not offer refunds for shipping costs; only the cost of the returned item will be refunded. However, we will be happy to assist you with your return process.

Manage an automatic return:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue."
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code found there.
- Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After returning the product, you will receive a refund.
What are the exchange and return policies?
If you ultimately decide that our STRAHYD product is not for you, you have 30 days from the shipping date to make any return.
This return will be accepted as long as the product shows no signs of use, scratches, dents, damage caused by third parties, and it is in its original received condition, with its original undamaged packaging, labels, and wrapping.
Whether you prefer to change the color of the item or exchange it for a product of a different price, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

What happens if I want to cancel or modify an order?
Our orders are processed immediately. So, once the order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Follow this link to make your return.
What if I want to change my delivery address?
Our orders are processed immediately and therefore cannot be modified.
You decided to buy the Set but only want to keep one of the products?
If you have purchased two items as part of our Set and wish to return only one of the items from the set, the price difference between the full-priced item and the set discount will be deducted from the refund.
If my product is customized, can I make a return?
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. However, the product warranty may apply.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 days. It takes an additional 1 to 2 days to process the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit/debit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we have processed the returned products, and you will receive your refund through the same method you used to pay for the products.
