What are the shipping methods and costs?


Shipping options may vary based on delivery address, time of your purchase, and item availability.

When processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and the probable delivery dates of your order.

We have free standard shipping, but if your order is urgent you can consider selecting the express shipping option, keep in mind that the cost would have to be borne by you.



When will I receive my order?


Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within one business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. If you choose our standard free shipping option, your order will arrive approximately within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped on business days, so if your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.

Additionally, when placing your order, we will inform you by email when your order has been received, when your order has left our warehouse and you will be able to track the status of the order.



What if I'm not convinced about my purchase?


We are sure that you will love your Strahyd, but for us, that you are happy and convinced with your purchase is the most important thing. That is why you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to return any STRAHYD brand product.

This return will be accepted as long as the product has no marks of use, scratches, dents, damage caused by third parties and that the products are in the original conditions in which they were received, with their original packaging, labels and packaging and without damage.

Please note that the cost of the return will be at your expense and we do not offer refunds for shipping costs, you will only be refunded the cost of the returned item. However, we will be happy to help you in your return process.

What are the exchange and return policies?


If you ultimately decide that our STRAHYD product is not for you, you have 30 days from the shipping date to make any return.

This return will be accepted as long as the product has no marks of use, scratches, dents, damages caused by third parties and that they are in the original conditions in which they were received, with their original packaging, labels and packaging and without damage.

Whether you prefer to change the color of the item or make an exchange for a product of a different price, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

What happens if I want to cancel or modify an order?


Our orders are processed immediately. So once the order is placed no changes or cancellations can be made.



What if I want to change my delivery address?

Our orders are processed immediately and therefore cannot be modified.



You decided to buy the Set but do you only want to keep one of the products?


If you have purchased two items as part of our Set and wish to return only one of the items in the set, the price difference between the full price item and the discount for purchasing as a set will be deducted from the refund.



If my product is personalized, can I make a return?


Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. However, the product warranty may apply.



When can I expect my refund?


Refunds are processed within 10 days. It takes an additional 1 to 2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit/debit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we have processed the returned products and you will receive your refund using the same method you used to pay for the products.
