Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.

We have free standard shipping, but if your order is urgent, you can consider selecting the express shipping option, keep in mind that the cost would have to be borne by you.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within one business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. If you choose our standard free shipping option, your order will arrive within approximately 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped on business days, so if your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.
In addition, at the time of placing your order, we will inform you by email when your order has been received, when your order has left our warehouse and you will be able to track the status of the order.

If my product is personalized, can I make a return?
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. However, if the product guarantee can be applied.

Clear! The measurements of the suitcase are designed so that it can fly with you in the cabin and fit in the upper compartment of the plane.
Clear! The carry-on can be nested inside the check-in. We know how cumbersome it can be to store suitcases, that's why our design is made to be stored in a nest, that is, so that the carry-on fits perfectly inside the check-in.
The suitcase combination is factory set at 0-0-0. To set up your personal code, follow these steps:
1. Put the digits in 0-0-0;
2. Press the reset button (A) with a tool until you hear a "click".
3. Set your code by turning the digits (B). For example 8-8-8.
4. Slide the button (C) in the direction indicated by the arrow. When you hear "click", the reset button (A) will return to its original position.

NOTE: When the digits are placed in the wrong combination, the zipper pull cannot be inserted into the lock to close your luggage.
WARNING:
If the TSA lock is open, to lock it again you must turn in the direction indicated by the arrow, until you reach the red dot. (You can use any tool that can be inserted into the lock)
Our laundry bags are waterproof, which is different from waterproof. Waterproof means that it has the ability to resist water penetration to some degree, but not completely. We do not recommend keeping clothes completely wet or dripping because it could be transferred.
Luggage exterior: To clean the exterior, use a damp cloth and, if necessary, mild soap. Dry with another cloth to avoid leaving stains or fingerprints. As a tip, in case of scratches or wear marks you can use special cleaners or toothpaste to polish certain areas.
Interior of the luggage: It is not necessary to clean the lining fabric before using the luggage. If the coating is dirty, alcohol can be used as it is highly volatile.
